Second Stage Conditions / Rental Policies:
It is understood and agreed that the below is part of the rental agreement:
- CASH DEPOSIT ONLY
- CASH FOR RENTAL ONLY
- YOU PAY THE DRY CLEANING ON THE RENTAL
As security to you and Second Stage, we ask that you leave a cash security deposit when you reserve your costume or when you pick it up the same day you rent it. Your rental is for 1 day ONLY. You take the costume to "Shurtliffs Dry Cleaning" ( next door to Second Stage) and pay the dry cleaning bill. Bring the receipt from Shurtliffs to Second Stage and you will recieve your cash deposit back. It is further understood and agreed that in the event that the undersigned fails to return the item rented on the first business day following rent date, that Second Stage has the right thereafter to reclaim the apparel rented with or without legal process. Commencing on the second day of said period, a $10.00 per day charge will be added and required. It is further understood and agreed that in the event that the apparel is not returned in good condition (rips, burns, irremovable stains) within seven (7) days after the rent date, that is shall be presumed that the apparel has been appropriated by the undersigned and Second Stage may proceed against the underssigned for the full value of the appropriated apparel, the full rentals due, or the rent of the apparel as is shall elect with or without legal process. Commencing on the first day of said second-day period, a $10.00 per day late charge will be added and required. All expenses, court cost, and attorney's fee that are necessary in the collection of the above will be added and required from the undersigned.
